XGraptoveria 'Polaris Heart'
A lovely pink coloured XGraptoveria. Slow growing but will eventually form heads around 6cm in diameter, a lovely chubby plant

The plant will be posted bare rooted as the soil mix would damage the plant if it was posted potted. The plant will need potting into a good free draining mix. A good mix is 50% horticultural grit and 50% compost.
